| Graffiti artists broke into the Oceanwide Plaza in downtown Los Angeles and tagged over 27 floors with bright, bold letters.
Artists who broke into the skyscraper say that the building had light security and that dodging patrol guards was easy.
Videos on YouTube show people inching along the exterior edge of the building hundreds of feet in the air with no safety equipment.
The Los Angeles Police Department has deployed multiple units to patrol all sides of the property and combat what LAPD Chief Michel Moore says “…isn’t art. It’s a crime.” |
