Guests wear blue prison uniforms and receive a yoga mat, tea set, pen, and notebook. They sleep on the floor. The room has a toilet, but no mirror.

Meals are served through a slot in the door: a steamed sweet potato and banana shake for dinner, and rice porridge for breakfast.

Prison rules are strict: no phones, no clocks, and no talking. Instead, visitors are encouraged to meditate, write, and reflect in solitude.
